100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef

Our Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

Our herd is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, made up of Black and Red Angus cattle. We practice daily rotational grazing during the growing season, moving our cattle to fresh pasture every day. This high density grazing method naturally keeps weeds down while encouraging strong forage growth. We also plant clover and alfalfa to naturally enrich the soil with nitrogen.

Grain and GMOs never enter our cattle’s diet. As ruminant herbivores, that’s simply not what their bodies are built for. Once winter arrives, we switch to baleage, a fermented grass hay we grow, cut, and bale ourselves throughout the summer. It’s more labor intensive and costly to produce than standard dry hay, but the quality difference is worth it.

We also keep our land as clean as our cattle’s diet. No herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers touch our pastures or hay fields. And when it comes to animal care, we skip growth hormones, routine antibiotics, and vaccines, including mRNA based options, entirely.

Raising cattle this way takes time, about 3 years on pasture, nearly double what conventional grain fed or confinement operations require. That extra time is what allows real flavor and marbling to develop naturally, something rarely found in typical grass fed beef. Depending on the season, our farm is home to anywhere from 300 to 350 cattle.

Our Standards, From Pasture to Package

We take pride in caring for our land, respecting our animals, and producing beef we’re proud to put our name on. Every cut is dry aged for improved tenderness and flavor, then processed by a small, quality focused butcher who individually cuts, vacuum seals, and flash freezes each piece, locking in freshness and making it sous vide ready.

We believe the best way to know your beef is raised right is to see it for yourself. You’re always welcome to visit the farm, meet the people behind your beef, or simply reach out with any questions by phone, email, or in person. We’d love to hear from you.
