To ensure your beef share stays fresh and ships promptly, please take note of our daily order cutoff times.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.

Cold Chain and Packaging

Every order is packed with your safety and freshness in mind. All cuts are vacuum sealed and flash frozen before dispatch, then shipped in insulated, temperature controlled packaging with dry ice or gel ice packs to maintain freezing temperatures throughout transit.

Receiving Your Delivery

Because your order contains frozen beef, we recommend having someone available to receive the package on the expected delivery day. If a package is left unattended for an extended period, it may begin to thaw, so prompt pickup is important to preserve quality.

All beef products are processed and shipped in accordance with strict food safety standards. Shipping costs are non refundable once an order has been dispatched. Once your order has been collected by our carrier, Grassfedbeefshares is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.
